• 12 nights in the rooms La Source, Le Papillon or La Forêt, at Villa La Tosca, an exceptional beachfront villa on Arcachon Bay, with direct beach access, surrounded by nature and quiet

• Full access to the Change Perspective Yoga – 100H in-person program, a 2-week progressive immersion including practice, anatomy, teaching methodology, breathwork, nervous system work, and movement exploration
• 50H Week 1 – Practice & Teaching
• 50H Week 2 – Movement Camp
• An official 100H continuing education certificate, delivered upon completion of the program
• Access to the 200H or 300H online training (depending on the package selected), with 2 years of access + monthly live sessions
• All teaching materials included: postural manual, sequencing journal, anatomy booklet, and practice resources
• Personalized feedback on your practice and teaching
• Free access to the spaces of Villa La Tosca: gardens, lounges, practice areas, sauna, cold bath, pool, with direct beach access — a natural environment conducive to study, integration, and recovery
