What is included in your stay:
• 6 nights in the Suite L’Eau Vive or La Vue, at Villa La Tosca, an exceptional beachfront villa on the Arcachon Bay, surrounded by nature and quiet
• All meals included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), prepared on site using fresh, seasonal ingredients, designed to support energy, focus, and integration throughout the training
• Full access to the CHANGE PERSPECTIVE – Practice & Teaching program, a 7-day immersive and progressive training focused on understanding the body, movement, breath, and the nervous system
• 50 hours of continuing education, including advanced technical practice, biomechanics, teaching methodology, breathwork, and nervous system regulation
• An official 50-hour continuing education certificate, delivered upon completion of the program
• Free access to the spaces of Villa La Tosca: gardens, lounges, practice areas, sauna, cold bath, with direct beach access — a natural environment conducive to study, integration, and recovery
